Project Responder PSE is owned and operated by Michael Netherton. With over 20 years of experience in both law enforcement and firefighting as well as public safety equipment manufacturing and distribution, Michael is well positioned to serve the public safety market.

In 2006, Project Responder chose IST as it's solution for unattended traffic management due to extreme weather and natural disasters. IST's portable traffic signal solutions are the best traffic lights available. Since then, Project Responder PSE and IST have been very successful in equipping communities to deal with the unexpected.
